By accessing or using SynciCal ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SynciCal ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of our calendar synchronization service.

The Service acts as an intermediary to transfer calendar data between platforms. We do not modify, store long-term, or share your calendar data beyond what is necessary to provide the synchronization service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you:
We offer a 7-day free trial for new customers. No payment is required during the trial period. Your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel.
Our pricing is based on the number of calendar URLs (listings) you sync. Pricing starts at $4 USD per month for up to 10 listings. We will never increase the price for existing customers - the rate you sign up at is the rate you keep.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed through Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
Due to the nature of digital services, we generally do not provide refunds for partial months. However, if you experience significant service issues, please contact us and we will work to resolve the situation fairly.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your service will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which syncing will stop.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including but not limited to Airbnb, Google Calendar, and Stripe. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services. Changes to third-party APIs or services may affect the functionality of our Service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to access and sync calendar data from third-party platforms.
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by SynciCal and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any data you provide to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to access and process your calendar data solely for the purpose of providing the synchronization service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.
Calendar synchronization occurs approximately every 15 minutes. We do not guarantee real-time synchronization, and delays may occur due to third-party service limitations or technical issues.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected. You use the Service at your own risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYNCICAL AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SynciCal and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SynciCal regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
